Green Bean, Feta & Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients:
50g shelled hazelnuts
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black sesame seeds
Flaky sea salt and black pepper
250g green beans
100g rocket
100g feta, broken up into bite size pieces
4 tbsp Lemon Mustard Dressing
Method:
Roast the hazelnuts, then roast the seeds in a pan. Grind thee seeds except the black sesame. Mix the nuts and seeds and add salt and pepper. Cook the beans in salt water and refresh. In a bowl mix rocket leaves, beans crumbled feta and hazelnut and seeds mix. Add the dressing and serve immediately.
Dressing : 25ml red vinegar, 25 ml lemon juice, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and 150ml olive oil. Mix well.
