Flourless chocolate hazelnut cake

Ingredients:

250g butter

250g sugar

6 eggs

250g 70% chocolate

250g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped


Method:

Break chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and let it melt slowly. Take off the heat and let it cool down.

Whisk butter and sugar until white and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one until fully incorporated. Slowly whisk in the melted chocolate and then with a big spatula carefully fold in the nuts. Prepare a round cake tin and pour in the mixture. Flatten surface and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.

Let cool.
